If the customer does not specify a Chinese freight forwarder, the factory will arrange for a third-party logistics company to handle the transportation according to the shipping method specified by the customer. The logistics costs will be borne by the customer.
Customers can also place orders directly on platforms such as UPS or DHL, provide the tracking number to the factory, and the factory will contact the platform for pickup.
